Over the last decade, I’ve worked with amateur to professional international athletes delivering expert strength & conditioning coaching in both performance and injury rehabilitation.
I’ve coached team sports athletes like football, rugby, netball players. Individual athletes competing in tennis, Jiu-Jitsu and track and field. As well as endurance sports athletes competing in Hyrox, marathons and triathlons.
My experience spans both clinical rehab and high-performance giving me an unmatched ability to assess, program, and coach effectively. Giving my athletes a structured, scientific, and results-driven training experience designed to build resilient, adaptable, and high-performing athletes.
