A 12-Week Strength Programme for Postpartum Mothers
Rebuild your strength, regain confidence, and return to the activities you love with our 12-week Strong Mums programme. Designed specifically for mothers who are at least 12 weeks postpartum OR have been cleared by their doctor or postnatal physiotherapist, this course helps you transition safely and effectively back into exercise.
Having successfully run this programme for two years in Earlsfield, we thrilled to bring it to Endeavour Collective soon. With registration opening in the coming weeks, we’d love for you to join us.
Programme Structure
The Strong Mums programme is divided into three progressive phases:
Regaining Range of Motion and Control
Focus on restoring foundational movements, core strength, and pelvic floor function to rebuild a stable base.Building Strength and Muscle Tissue
Progress into targeted strength training, tailored to the unique needs of postnatal recovery.Increasing Dynamic Movement and Power
Prepare for dynamic, functional activities, setting the stage for high-intensity exercise or sport.
