YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAMME

STARTS 5pm Thursday 24th April - 26th June

The Youth Athlete Programme is a 10-week course consisting of 1 group session per week designed to introduce young athletes aged 13 to 16 to the gym environment, helping them develop a strong foundation in fitness, health, and wellness.

Through a holistic programme, athletes will develop the key foundational qualities needed for athletic performance; strength, speed, power and endurance.

Our goal is to inspire a lifelong positive relationship with training while helping young athletes unlock their athletic potential and build essential physical skills needed to excel in their sporting endeavours.
